Living with intention brought me closer to nature—and back to myself.

I began to notice that when I ate, created, and chose with care, my whole being felt more supported and alive.

We lovingly nurture plants with attention and kindness and celebrate when they thrive. So why do we hesitate to offer that same care to ourselves? We are made of water, too. We deserve that same love.

And like any ceremony, it becomes easier the more we practice.

Discovering I was responsible for my own health felt like unlocking a superpower I couldn’t unlearn. Once I started living, eating, and creating with intention, there was no going back.

Kisses To Go Artisan Tea Company was born from that shift.

A bit about me…

I’m Lindsay — Vancouver Island born and raised, big-feeling, slightly socially awkward, and very guilty of giving pet names to strangers. I move fast, dream big, and am constantly learning how to slow down and be still… a paradox I’ve made peace with.

I have many passions — health and herbalism are just the beginning. I also work in TV, film, and theatre as an actor, voice actor, and singer, and spend some of my days as a professional makeup artist creating beauty in another form.

It is my belief that we are here for two reasons…

to love & create. This is my secret ingredient to a rich full life
