Below are the names of the tea to use for each drink

    DRINK YO GREENS

    SERVED IN ROCKS GLASS

    *Make strong pot of tea

    * Steep 2 hours

    * Add desired local honey/real maple syrup or stevia

    * Add tea to Ice cube tray, freeze

    * Fill jar or shaker with sweetened tea cubes (I fill large mason jar)

    * Add 1.5 oz Vodka or Gin OR alcohol free spirit

    * Add .5 oz Lillet (optional)

    * Add 1 oz lemon juice (fresh)

    * Add one egg white

    * If desiring sweeter, add 1 tsp more honey (but shake on sweetened ice-cubes first to taste)

    * Shake with love

    * Pour entire contents into a half sugar rim glass, garnish with wheel of lemon and mint sprig

    DRIFTING SOUL

    *Make strong pot of tea

    * Steep 2 hours

    * Add desired local honey/real maple syrup or stevia

    * Add tea to Ice cube tray, freeze

    * Fill jar or shaker with sweetened tea cubes (I fill large mason jar)

    * Add 1.5 oz Gin or Tequila OR alcohol free spirit

    * Add 1 oz lime juice

    * Shake while dancing (wink)

    * add more sweetner if desired ( i love mine sour)

    * Pour entire contents into a pink salt rimmed glass, garnish with lime wheel & lemonbalm sprig

    SERVED IN WINE GLASS

    *Make strong pot of tea

    * Steep 2 hours

    * Add desired local honey/real maple syrup or stevia

    * Fill wine glass with flavoured cubes

    * add 6oz of your fav pinot grigio/gris

    * top with soda/mineral water

    * squeeze of lemon

    * garnish with lime & lemon wheel and sprig of lemon balm

    * Add 2oz bourbon/whiskey

    * Add 1 oz lemon juice(fresh)

    * Add one egg white

    * Shake while LOL’ing

    * pour everything in rocks glass including flavoured icecubes ( for more flavour)

    * garnish with orange wheel, dash of bitters & true cinnamon
