‘My Holy Home’ botanicals include:

Rooibos, Marshmallow root, Blue Pea Flower, White Pine, Allspice, Pumpkin Spice (Cinnamon, Ginger, Allspice, Clove, Nutmeg)

All herbs are certified organic, organic or wild crafted

4oz bags approx. 35-45 cups of tea (as long as you use pots)

DIRECTIONS: Pour mostly hot filtered water onto 1 tablespoon of dry herbs. Cover to steep 11-15min

All blends have been serenaded inside a 432Hz Heart Chakra Crystal Singing Bowl in hopes that you may feel the healing vibrations and love in each cup.
