This handy tea straw/Bombilla will take your tea drinking to the next level with ease. Loose leaf on the go? We got you. Tea on the plane? Piece of cake.

  • Just place your herbs in your mug

  • Add water

  • Cover to steep

  • Wait till drinkable temp

  • Put your straw, filter DOWN, in your cup, ( make sure its cooled enough)

  • take a sip through the straw end

  • rinse tea straw with hot soapy water and put in drying rack

  • Easy peasy

While traveling in Ecuador, I loved seeing people drinking tea from their gourds on the beach. These tea straws, traditionally used for yerba mate, were a perfect addition to my personal loose leaf tea drawer.

Place 1 tablespoon/or teaspoon of dry herb into a cup, pour hot water into cup, cover to steep 10 min, place tea straw into cup, strainer end down… drink your tea from a straw. ( strainer will help keep most herbs out of the straw. ENJOY.
